In just a few months of working with my coach, I could feel that the change that was happening in my mind and my body was a different type of change than I have experienced on other weight loss programs. The personal attention and the focus on mindset and holistic healthy habits does its slow and steady job of producing lasting change that doesn't require scales, measuring, strict lists, or unattainable exercise plans.
