I’m honestly surprised with the changes I’ve made in the few short months with MyBodyTutor. My habits and thoughts around food are changing in a positive way. I view things differently around food and it’s very eye opening that my “bad” habits don’t define me. I’ve made it through the holidays without overdoing it, feeling positive about my progress and excited to keep going. I don’t feel deprived or that I missed out. I enjoyed a treat here or there, enjoyed some holiday meals, but continued to get back on track with prioritizing veggies and protein, my step goal and meeting or surpassing my exercise goal. It feels good to make myself a priority and it’s even better having someone on my side giving me suggestions to tweak or change certain things and also encourage me along the way. Daily accountability is huge, and MBT does that incredibly well. I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!
