My Body Tutor worked for me when nothing else would. My coach Senna taught me how to eat nutritious and correctly, portioned meals. I also learned a great deal about checking in with myself and assessing how hungry I actually am and how to eat to be satisfied and not overly full. I would say my My Body Tutor focuses on not only what you’re eating but why you are eating when you eat. I learned to assess if I was eating because of hunger or was it due to loneliness, boredom, stress, exhaustion, celebration or habit? I know now that the reason I eat is key to a healthy lifestyle.
