I lost over 80 lbs over the last year with the support of MBT. I’d always been heavy, but as I got older emotional eating and lack of activity lead to my weight creeping ever higher. I bought all the books and tried all the fads. I lost weight, but gained it all back, with interest. I hated how I felt, how tight my clothes had gotten, and how challenging even basic physical activity started to feel. I was miserable and ready to try something different, but the amount of information out there was overwhelming and often contradictory. I had a friend suggest I try some form of coaching. A quick Google search led me to MBT, and I am so grateful it did. It was exactly what I needed! The accountability and encouragement my tutor provided gave me something to lean on while the food and movement work, I was putting in slowly started to become habit. Then the habits slowly became discipline. The best part is that the discipline grew naturally, in a way that suited my personality and life. It wasn’t just copying something that worked for someone else, it was mine. That’s what is so powerful about MBT, it helps you cultivate your own version of healthy. I am so grateful for MBT. It changed my life!
