the worst online shopping experence ever. i am experiencing the worst online shopping ever. this my first time online shopping at Myer and the last time. i bought a table. the courier just delivered the leg, no table top. i reported to myer. after lots of call over two weeks with CS staff and they just let me wait. and i insisted to ask to speak with their customer service supervisor. finanlly, after two weeks, they let their supplier to deliver a replacement. BUT, IT IS BROKEN, LOL. now, i am waiting for them to take it back. i have been waiting for two weeks and still havent got anyone to solve the problem. i has been over one month now. the customer service just let me wait wait wait. they are useless. dont buy anything from Myer online.
