I wish I had seen these warning before I became an online customer with Myer.
I have been brought to tears of frustration in lockdown here in Melbourne. What a horrible horrible company. No less than three times I was disconnected when begging people to not disconnect me and, NOWHERE online can I contact a PERSON.
I am now on hold after refusing to answer the robot answer machine but, I believe it is another ploy to send me NOWHERE.
Such a disgusting treatment of customers at an incredibly challenging time.
When I resolve my customer issue, I am making sure I am never dealing with Myer as a consumer again.
