Excellent customer service from Harish. After being unable to get through on the phone to karrinyup and Joondalup stores (as different prices advertised online to in-store.) I drove to Joondalup. No service people around at all in the China/dinner set area. Found someone in toys! Harish went out of his way to locate a particular dinner set for me. Even went to the storage area. Polite and helpful. Might make this my store instead of Karrinyup .
