PATHETIC!!!
I orders $400 dollars Bose Speakers and what did I recieve? 2 Towels(Obviously someon else's order) and dealing with Customer Service to return or Exchange is another torture.
Somehow it is my fault that they sent the incorrect order, I had to pack it, take it to post shop return it. Will I get a refund straight away? NO NO NO, you need to wait till they recieve the order that they incorrectly sent and they will check and then refund my money.
Next time I would rather poke my eyes than shop online at Myer.
