Absolutely disgusted with Click & Collect. Ordered just after midnight & states that if you order before 12pm it is same day. Went to collect at 5pm & not ready. Was for my daughter’s birthday so I asked if I could grab the expensive perfume & bring it up to them & the answer was no. Myer’s reason for not having it ready was, “we’re busy & have a backlog”!
Myer, honour your commitments & look at your staffing issues. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement 😠
