Bought a bag through click and collect on 20 November as needed it before I jumped on the plane to NZ (thought it would be quickest way to get what it). Called several times to find out where it was (and was on hold for ages) but nobody seemed to be able to tell me what was happening and I was hung up on a couple of times by people I couldn't understand. Finally spoke to a really, really nice lady but randomly she was in NZ! LOL. Thought it funny as thought Myer is an Australian store. I want to give that lady 10/10 as she was excellent but the store 1/10 for its service. Have now returned to NZ with no bag; am hoping the nice lady did follow through on her word and I'll see a refund soon.
