Was advised by myer support to return the faulty bag to a nearby store. The store told me that its an online purchase, so they cant process refunds in-store. It's been nearly 2 months now and I haven't received a refund despite calling 5 times with 30 mins plus wait and every time they tell a different story. Last time i spoke to a manager 2 weeks ago and he promised that he will get someone to follow up, keep in the loop and i won't have to call back. Guess what no contact. Now i am on the phone again, 50 minutes wait so far to get hold of a manager. Never ever again, ridiculous appalling service.
