Ordered something online. They passed on the wrong address to an incompetent courier (they initially did NOT know which courier they used). Courier cannot be reached. Have to call them up each time to follow up on my item. There’s not even an effort to keep me updated on it. Asked for a refund, and was told that I cannot be refunded because my item is no longer with them. They will only refund me if I bring the item back to store. I do not know how’s that gonna happen when they themselves cannot even reach the courier. Such HUGE disappointment! I thought Myer is supposed to be a big company. Their customer service should atleast be on par with their reputation. Apparently, I’m mistaken.
