MYER FRANKSTON - Ordered a bed in January and have had delivery date changed 4 times by now three different staff members. Notified last week that base was another 4-6 weeks away. Our order was apparently ordered incorrectly and just received another call to say that new order was only placed last week. Staff need better training when putting orders through. Thought we'd go with MYER being a bigger company but CUSTOMER SERVICE has been nothing but TERRIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND buying a bed.
