I placed an online order on Saturday 29 January 2022 order number 1093659042 I have not received the order nor a refund. I have phoned 3 times & have been advised management need to approve the refund. I have spent hours on the phone patiently listening & waiting to the service representative. Now it really is time for someone to action this. Please help, I really don't want to go to the ombudsman? I understand things have been taking longer & there are staff shortages but now this is becoming a business ethics violation.
