Items take a long time to arrive, if it arrives, items arrived looks as though we have paid next to nothing for it - packaging looks old and handled too much, couldn’t give as presents as per intended.
Received a couple of responses on the email then no reply, not resolved.
You’d think purchasing from Myer you’d have customer confidence and satisfaction, higher lever of quality and service, not anymore.
Online purchase from Myer gives them the opportunity to get rid of unwanted, not saleable items.
