my issues were with delivery and the inability to contact Myer.
I have never had a bad experience previously but this time my experience was dreadful- I was sending my purchase to a different address and Myer used Couriers Please... why would you use a company with a one star rating? There service is terrible. I was having extreme difficulty with them so thought I would contact Myer... next to impossible.. you cannot email a message and when I rang the staff member she obviously couldn't understand my issue and transferred me to someone else. neither of these people was easy to understand. After waiting on line for an hour I found I'd been misdirected so I hung up.
I note that Myer do not ask for feedback!!!
