Dont waste your money on the Myer care plan-I purchased A Myer Care plan, with my breville coffee macine in good faith (as it displayed the Myer logo). I do like the Breville machine, however I have had it repaired twice through Breville. Breville were fairly efficent at organising the repair and also organised a loan machine, overall a good experience. The Machine now needs its 3rd repair in 3 years and the Myer care plan is proving incredible difficult to deal with. I would not waste my money on the plan again and will be following it up with the ACCC
