WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I am only giving one star because zero stars is not an option.
I placed an online order with Myer and paid an additional fee to have express delivery of my items within 3-4 days to ensure my order would arrive well in advance of my upcoming international travel. My order had not yet arrived by the time I departed the country more than 2 weeks later. Because I was unable to collect my parcel from the post office when it ultimately did arrive (due to being overseas), it was returned by the post office to Myer. I have contacted Myer to follow up on at least 8 separate occasions, wasting multiple hours on the phone and communicating through their online customer service. I am still waiting to my my money refunded NEARLY THREE MONTHS LATER! This is inexcusably poor customer service and I will now be reporting this to the NSW Fair Trading and ACCC for investigation.
