I did an online order on 22/05/2023 for 3 brush dryers to gift to friends. Tracking states awaiting courier to pick up. Rang Perth store who gave me customer service number. After going through all the prompts and choosing speak to a customer service person I get put through to a Robot before I could speak to a person. She told me items were lost and would I like a refund or re order the items. On requesting pick up from my nearest store which is Perth city I was told not enough on stock but I could go to Morley! Out of frustration and disappointment I will never, ever do an online order again. This is my first experience and will be the last. We are creating a better world? Where have all the people gone?
