I ordered several bras to try on as I often struggle to find suitable bra sizes. They arrived within a week, but three of them don't quite fit me. I was looking to exchange for a slightly different size, but Myer have completely refused to order an exchange or even a refund without going into their store!! Are you kidding me? I live far from a Myer store, THUS WHY I PURCHASED THEM ONLINE! The online consultant couldn't be less helpful, and you can't even call Myer for assistance. Absolutely shameful. Completely useless. I will never, ever shop with Myer again. This company have gone down the toilet!
