I never normally write reviews, but Myer's customer service has been appalling. I ordered some UGG Boots on my online account, but didn't realise until the order had been placed that it had my old address. I phoned Myer's customer service line as soon as they opened the following day and they said they couldn't change the address, but that I could call Aus Post and ask them to re-direct it. When I phoned Aus Post to ask them to re-direct it, they said they couldn't as Myer didn't send it then, they instead used a third party so I needed to ask Myer to change the address. I phoned Myer and they told me that they couldn't help (again) and that I would need to go back to Aus Post (even though Aus Post said it was nothing to do with them as they didn't have my order). I phoned Myer a third time hoping that I would get someone helpful, but how wrong I was. They said they couldn't help me, again. Seriously, how hard is it to change an address on an order?
To top it all off, the third party did not require a signature to receive the parcel, so if no-one was home, it would be left there. My old address is over 18km away and I do not have the contact details of whomever lives there. I wasted numerous phone calls to Myer's so called 'customer service' and they did not provide any service at all. They are happy to take your money but are not willing to provide any sort of service.
