Purchased two products online, both said they were in stock, two days later they received an email stating they had cancelled one item, the next was cancelled couple of days later. No process for complaints. Wish I had purchased these elsewhere as I was trying to make the most of a sales day, now I have to pay full price elsewhere. This is what happens when you buy things from a company with no interest in customer service or ethics - profit focus only. Other companies have live chat, email address, online forms, Myer only have a phone line with a long wait time.
