Disappointed shopper
The worst customer experience I have ever encountered. I ordered online and the order was returned to Myer Chatswood by Australia Post as it was damaged. I didn’t receive the goods, they were simply ‘returned to sender’. 8 phone calls to Myer, numerous emails, and they have yet to refund me for damaged goods I didn’t receive. The staff recruitment process and lack of knowledge and ability to help is appalling
