Terrible experience. Vowing never to purchase from Myer ever again. I purchased a $400 speaker online on 7 Nov for an event being held on 26 Nov... it's now the 15 Dec and I still haven't received it. Got an email from Couriers Please on 5 Dec saying they attempted to deliver my parcel but I was home that day - no note in the letterbox. Called Myer and was told they could lodge an investigation and someone would be in touch. Week went by and heard nothing. Called again to ask for a refund as the service I paid for had not been delivered and was told that I had to wait for the package to be recieved by Myer before they would refund the money. So who knows how long that will take. Then asked if they could tell me the address of the depot so that I can go and pick it up and they said they would email the courier to find out so just hung up in the end.
