I ordered a product online and when it was unboxed it was faulty so I returned it to the store where I picked it up from. I then had to go through the process of getting a refund, which takes 3 to 5 days for my account, and purchase a new one. So for 3 to 5 days I have paid for two products. It's just a frustrating and stupid system.
