I purchased something online and went in store to exchange it as it was to small. My purchase was made with a disposable visa credit card which I no longer had so I asked them to place the whole thing onto a voucher. I had explained this at the counter.
The lady told me not to worry as my $28 would come to me as a voucher online.
My voucher came to me as $2.90.
I went back in store ans the guys told me that the money went back into the credit card I paid with.
I told them I paid with a disposable visa card I no longer had.
They told me that there is nothing they could do for me and could not place the money onto a voucher.
Because of them I lost $25 so RUDE and unhelpful!
They have lost a dedicated shopper for Myer. They ate my money I will never shop there again and will ensure that no one around me shops there either!!!!
