I purchased $225 from the clinique counter at myer penrith Saturday 3rd October and was told my transaction had declined was told to keep receipts "in case" I was charged twice...the following day I returned as my online bank statement had 2 x transactions was told by the store manager the transactions were pending...tuesday 6th October I returned as my bank advised these transactions were settled...after 2 hours with the assistant store manager I have been told that yes they did charge me twice but I wouldn't see the money for approx 5 business days...they have never taken my card to apply the refund to my savings account and I still have not heard back from their customer service team....DISGUSTED....no wonder myer and retail sales are down...never had an issueonline
