I don’t only have a bad experience, also the worse is that I can not get the my money back from an order which I returned for an year now.
To all the people reading the reviews: DO NOT BUY FROM My Faktory anything at all!!!
I wrote multiple emails with a person called Helen P, and she promised to solve the problem. It was a lie. She doesn’t even respond to my mails anymore.
