Since then, the company has gone completely silent. To add insult to injury, the furniture MyFaktory sells is sourced directly from China and can often be found on platforms like AliExpress or through local retailers for a similar cost. The company’s apparent lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and refusal to meet their obligations make it a risky and frustrating choice. I strongly advise against purchasing from MyFaktory. Save yourself the hassle and seek out more reliable alternatives.
