Was very impressed with the great communication the company maintained. Loved receiving a personal video showing the testing of the actual sign. The neon sign was just as expected. Didn’t realize it was made in India but it still arrived within two weeks of ordering it. It was packed very very well. Recipient is going to fall in love with it. I will be a repeat customer.
