COMPLETELY SATISFIED! Have no regrets about my purchase from NeonChamp. We were looking to redo a wall in our Student Room at church. Wanted to purchase a sign with our motto "You Belong Here". I thought a custom neon sign would have been outside of our budget, and it certainly was from several *other* custom neon sign websites. But Neonchamp provided the size sign we needed squarely within our budget. (in fact, was much cheaper than any other online option I found) Customer service and communication with the company was terrific -- sent pictures and a video of our sign before it shipped, showing how to hang it, power it, and control the sign lighting functions. The shipping took a little time (came from India), but was well-packaged and had no issues upon arrival. Installation was a breeze too. The sign looks clean, well-made, and WOW is the thing bright.
