I am very pleased with onestream.and can not fault there customer service.i have been with them 9mths and recently had intermittent service.went on to online made contact in less than a minute and spoke to kinga.they could see i had a problem.and arranged openreach engineer to come out next day before 1pm engineer arrived and found line connections to be fine and told me problem was with router.and he would report back to onestream.so i contacted them online again got straight through and told them outcome.this was friday afternoon and they sent me a upgraded router out that day.with it being weekend i didnt get untill monday which was out of there hands and down to DHL to deliver and think they done a good job.anyway router plugged in fast and brillant speed and service better than before.onestream were amazing from start to finish and i have had many internet providers over the years and inestream are far and away ablve anybody else for customer service and rectified problems better and quicker than i have ever received off any company.thankyou onestream
