Shishir assisted with contract renewal. I was about to leave Onestream after promotional rate ended - price was about to be raised to >£50 for full fibre 115. Utterly ridiculous price. Renewal price offered by Shishir was acceptable and comparable with other providers for new customers at the time. Thank you. Four or five stars for Shishir, and for the quality of the broadband (no issues so far), but can only give three stars for Onestream in total (and most broadband providers) because of the practice of hammering customers who aren't prepared to leave to find or negotiate the best price.
