Shishir, was very understanding and patient on or online chat today, he managed to find out what I was looking for help with. He was very patient and polite. Thank you only to Shishir, the company and staff mostly are very awkward and don't do what they say they will do . However it take 45 minutes. Luckily I wasn't at work!!
Also thank you to the person I spoke to on the phone today. He was also helpful.
