The customer service systems are completely disorganised and uncoordinated. From moving home to leaving after my contract, it was a nightmare. The people were always friendly and wanted to do the best but the company systems are in disarray. They also kept and used my credit card details without asking after the initial use two years previously. Do not sign up with this company, they are hopeless.
