Appallingly unhelpful. Delivered a small consignment of tiles on a pallet. Said the trolley wouldn't fit through the front gate - wrong. It just needed two minutes to think about it and adjust angle. Delivery driver then watched me - a 66 year old woman -struggling to get a box of tiles off the pallet. (There were only 4 boxes) When I asked if he could help, he said he 'wasn't insured' . When I said I would have to open the boxes and remove the tiles one or 2 at a time, he said he had to go. He then disappeared, leaving the pallet, and the four heavy boxes on the pallet, wrapped in clingfilm, in my small front garden. Unbelievably poor service. Plus they got my address wrong in the confirmation email.
