Text message first thing to tell me pallet will be delivered between 10am and 11am. At 10.59am, text to tell me it will be between 11am and 1pm. At 12.59, text to tell me it will be between 1pm and 3pm ... and so on. Waste of a day. This is also second delivery of same items, first time, items completely smashed in transit and had to be re-made.
