Got call asking when I want the bathroom cabinet (Victorian Plumbing) delivered. I said 28th June. Morning of 27th June I got an email saying it'll come on 28th June. Fine. 10 mins later, at 9.30am on the 27th, I got an email saying it would come between 9.20am and 11.20am, but didn't specify the date. It came at 10.45am on the 27th. I was out. My wife offered to help the guy, who was struggling with it. He rudely said "I can do my job thanks!" Then he left it on the pavement, not even touching our property. My wife said "Can you just help me bring it over to the door (3 metres away) and he said "No. I'm not doing my back in for everyone." Again very rude. So my wife had to drag a very heavy box as far as she could away from the pavement.
