The delivery was scheduled for Thursday 18/07/2024. I was home the whole day but no one showed up. I checked the update using the online tracking service they offer. A comment made was "incorrect phone number". Although the address provided was correct, nobody buzzed the buzzer. I received a call on Friday to get the delivery rescheduled for Monday 22/07/2024. The delivery driver came at about 1 o'clock. He refused to deliver to the flat so I went downstairs to collect the items and asked him "would you mind helping me take the items to the lift?" (The lift was 4 meters away. He replied "you can carry it yourself. You don't need any help". This delivery was paid for.
