Terrible company. Ordered four packs of laminate flooring which they just dumped outside my flat stuck to a huge wooden pallet and a slab of wood. The driver refused to take the pallet and slab of wood and told me that I had to dispose of it. The pallet is bigger than the four packs of flooring that they delivered and is totally unnecessary - they obviously don’t care about being helpful at all so now I have to dispose of all their unnecessary waste somehow.
