I order dog food, and it is now three weeks that we are waiting for delivery. Emailing the company, they only said, it is because of pandemic, a general excuse for poor customer service. They promised next day the purchase will be delivered, and four days passed, still no sign of delivery.
After I ran out of food for my dog, I order online from another store, and got the food delivered on the same day!
