I ordered a bag of dog food a month ago with expected delivery of 7 days. Have emailed customer service countless times for a refund as still no delivery, and have been refused and told the investigation of what happened to my parcel is 'ongoing'. Not even an offer to send me another order, just refusal of a refund. Will NEVER purchase from this store again.
