Extremely poor customer service. I updated my address as i had moved. I placed an order for over $200 as I have done many times in the past. They delivered it a week ago to my old address. Unfortunately you can’t ring them so each day I have received an email from someone who has not read the email trail, including the management team. They are blaming me for not updating my account and a week later my problem has not been resolved.
