I have had Pet Circle Auto Delivery for a while, during that time, they have stuffed up two deliveries, one to a neighbour who is behind a locked gate and if they had not let me know the box had arrived, I would never have known. The second, the box has been put at the end of a long shared driveway and not brought to the porch like everyone else does. This could easily have been stolen. The customer service is terrible, the first time I complained, did not even get a reply.
