Have had reliable and speedy deliveries till now but last order has sat at packing stage for over a week now!!!
Have contacted them twice.
First time had well worded apology and assurance order would be prioritised, but days later no change in order status.
Second time I asked for explanation and was advised a system "upgrade" in their warehouse was causing the delay. Again days later, 10 days after order, status is still at packing.
Dont use Pet Circle if you need order quickly!!!
