Although they offer their products at a cheap price, the service is exactly the same...cheap and terrible. They promise you delivery dates but do not deliver, no communication from them on when your products may be delivered. Have chased them up twice and still no delivery, although they promised me the order was a priority (my dog is on a special diet). Do yourself a favour and order from somewhere else. You may receive your order without having to chase the company up and within an acceptable timeframe. Not 3 weeks later.
