I have placed two orders now with the website saying they will be delivered in 2 days - this is an absolute lie - and I am still waiting for my order which is apparently arriving 6 days later - with any luck. I have just been on their Chat with someone who did not give two hoots and was very unhelpful. Just poor customer service. I keep getting the excuse it is their warehouse and it is being fixed - its bee 3 months.
I would highly recommend Petbarn as they have outstanding delivery times.
