Very compassionate driver picked up our boy after we lost him, he explained the whole process to us and was very respectful with our pup. The process went exactly as he said it would and took less time than estimated. We were kept up to date the whole time and never left out of the loop. The paw print is also excellent and they made sure to get all of his different colours for the hair clipping. We're very glad to have him back home safely and are happy with our choice to use Procare.
