Absolutely fantastic service, I was very upset after having lost my dog, they were recommended to me by the vet. Extremely helpful, very professional, each and every person I dealt with was kind and empathetic. I loved the emails too, to let me know when my dog was being cremated so that I felt more of a part of it, and also the texts when delivering her ashes back to me so I could track their progress. On the whole, I was extremely happy with them and would use them again and recommend them to anyone. I opted for her paw prints to be taken, and they put them in a lovely framed picture!
