We phoned them as soon as we knew our dog was dying. They were efficient in asking all the right questions and getting our details which were then emailed to us to check. They coordinated to pick her up from the vet quickly. We chose the mahogany box with her ashes and a plaque and paw print. The lady who delivered her to us 8 days later was lovely and compassionate. We could not fault the service and the product.
